1. Acceptance of Terms​

Core Cybersecurity Pty Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Australia with ABN 75 676 184 517, operates Vault++ ("Service").

By accessing or using Vault++, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service​

Vault++ provides tools for secure management of secrets and configurations, including automated leak detection, secret rotation, and access control. The Service aims to enhance security practices by integrating with deployment pipelines and offering features like pre-commit verification and reveal requests.

3. Eligibility​

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities​

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prohibited Actions: You shall not:
    • Use the Service for any unlawful purposes.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
    • Transmit any malicious code or harmful content.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
    • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service or impose an unreasonable load on the infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property​

All content, trademarks, and data on the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Vault++ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purposes. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Privacy​

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Fees and Payment​

  • Some features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our Pricing page. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will take effect upon renewal of your subscription or purchase of additional services.
  • Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Modifications to the Service​

Vault++ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications.

9. Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
  • We may delete or disable access to any of your data stored within the Service.
  • Any outstanding fees will remain payable.
  • Vault++ is not responsible for any loss of data or business disruption resulting from termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties​

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Vault++ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, or error-free.
  • Any data provided or stored within the Service will always be available.
  • The Service will be compatible with all third-party software, hardware, or integrations.

11. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vault++ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Any other matter relating to the Service.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vault++, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Any misuse of the Service by third parties using your account credentials.

13. Force Majeure​

Vault++ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, labor strikes, or network failures.

14. Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution​

  • Arbitration: Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Australia.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations related to the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Data Retention and Deletion​

  • Vault++ may retain your data for a period necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes.
  • Upon termination of your account, Vault++ may delete your stored data, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.
  • You may request deletion of your data, subject to limitations under applicable laws.
